Dazzle Exhibitions

Dazzle Exhibitions have been held since 1981 at various venues throughout UK - over 100 to date.

Dazzle possibly sells more top quality contemporary jewellery than any gallery or exhibition in Europe. Started in 1981by Christine Bola and Tony Gordon, Dazzle currently selects from a pool of 200 makers taking on 10 new exhibitors each year. Usually recent graduates at the point of graduation. Venues over the years have also included the Barbican Centre and Royal Festival Hall, London, Chelsea Old Town Hall as part of event Chelsea Crafts Quarter, The Lyric Hammersmith, Leicester Haymarket Theatre, Manchester Royal Exchange Theatre, the Sheffield Crucible Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and Edinburgh City Art Centre.

Current venues are

• National Theatre, South Bank, London 19 November 2007 - 12 January 2008
• Manchester Town Centre Olivier Foyer - 5 November - December 30 2007
• Glasgow's Merchant Square - April/May 2008
• Edinburgh Festival - Traverse Theatre Atrium during August 2008.

Famous buyers include Dames Judi Dench and Diana Rigg, JK Rowling and Philip Pullman, Nick Hytner and Harold Pinter, Dawn French and Lenny Henry, Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins, Barbara Broccoli, many senior members of the Royal Family including the Late HRH Princess of Wales.

Exhibitors over the years have included Jane Adam, Julie Chamberlain, Fran Allison, Susan Cross, Kim Ellwood and Mike Abbott, Daphne Krinos, Clarissa, Catherine Mannheim, Brian Podschies, David Hensel, Geoff Roberts, Tom Saddington, Edward deLarge, Leonard Smith, Alison Baxter, Anna Gordon, Kathie Murphy, Wally Gilbert, Chris Knight, Maria Hanson, Rod Kelly, Diana Greenwood, Sidsel Dorph Jensen, Ruth Rushby, Debra Allman and many many others.
