A symposium open to all

“Material Connections”, as both theme and title of the symposium, reflects the multitude of diverse materials and techniques all the makers involved already use, and also the forging of productive connections among those who attend the symposium.

To further enrich collaboration, JSN have partnered with San Francisco jewellers’ group, The Critique Collective, to explore ideas and expand the knowledge base of both groups. Members of the San Francisco group will be visiting the UK to strengthen links with the JSN and be part of the symposium.
